Kala Ukuleles

Kala is a relatively new brand concieved to provide the world with quality ukuleles at an affordable price. They offer over a hundred models to choose from, ranging from soprano to baritone and 6 and 8 string, in traditional, cutaway and archtop styles. Many also come equipped with active electronics for playing with amplification.

Kala uses a wonderful variety of woods for tone and aesthetics, including Hawaiian Koa, Curly Mango, Flame/Spalted Maple, Indian Rosewood, Sitka Spruce, Cedar, Mahogony, Striped Acacia and Lacewood.

Also offered in the Kala line are excellent entry-level ukuleles designed to be easily affordable without sacrificing sound quality or playability, and a fun batch of novelty ukes with entertaining paint schemes - most styled after tropical fruits. There's easily something for everyone.
