This third installment in Korg's popular Kaoss Pad line is an effects sampler like no other. Using the simple and intuitive touchpad interface, you're able to control multiple effects parameters and manipulate samples in real time, making the KP3 a great tool for expressive performances in the studio and on stage. It boasts 128 effects - all the classics and exciting new ones as well. The new pad lighting system offers visual cues for the current program, held position and more. The Kaoss Pad also makes it easy to manage, recall and play back samples on the fly and add dynamic audio processing to any signal or to the samples themselves. Sampling and effects are completely integrated, so you can sample through the effects and even resample the output. Don't worry about running out of storage space either - the KP3 includes an SD card port for loading and saving sample data, and software for editing and managing the samples on your computer.

Kaossilator Pro Dynamic Phrase Synthesizer/Loop Recorder

If you're familiar with the original Kaossilator, meet its big brother. The Kaossilator Pro uses the same intuitive touchpad interface as the Kaoss Pad, allowing you to create complex phrases with a single finger that would be difficult to reproduce with synthesizers of the past. Horizontal motions control the pitch, while the vertical axis controls tone paramaters such as cutoff, feedback or modulation depth. Living up to Korg's lofty reputation in the synthesizer world, the Kaossilator Pro boasts 200 programs for a vast array of sounds, including synths, drums, effects, fifteen types of vocoder programs and numerous acoustic instruments. It's easy to assign your favorites to the eight program memory buttons too, making changes during live performances a breeze. Recording loops is a snap as well; the Kaossilator Pro has four loop banks with unlimited overdubbing. Loops can be adjusted, muted, erased and recorded from the Kaossilator or external mic/line inputs on the fly, so you can create dynamic live perfomances without stopping. The Kaossilator Pro also has MIDI in/out and also includes USB for easily transferring loops to and from your computer. An SD card port offers unlimited storage potential and another easy way to back up or transfer your loop data and can save user settings as well. Also included is dedicated editor/librarian software for your computer, allowing you to easily manage your recorded loops and transform the Kaossilator Pro into a powerful MIDI controller set up just the way you want it.
