The Silverstar line of drums continue Tama's long history championing the wonderful tonal qualities of all-birch drum shells, and offer a myriad of other great features besides. The 100% first quality birch shells are made using the same methods as Tama's high-end drums, giving Silverstar drums a rich, full-bodied sound and resonance usually found in more expensive drums. Tone is further enhanced by the newly improved Star-Mount system, low-mass lugs and more. Swiveling eye bolts on the tom brackets and a slideable tom holder make repositioning your toms quicker and easier than ever. Silverstar kits are available in a variety of wrap and lacquer finishes, including the lovely Transparent Blue Burst shown above
